Terms of Service

Effective date: August 13, 2026

Welcome to FAM Central. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and The F.A.M. Project Inc. (“The FAM Project,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming corporation headquartered in Maricopa County, Arizona, governing your use of the FAM Central website (famcentral.com), the FAM Central mobile app, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. The Service is designed for families: account holders (adults) may add household members, including profile information about their children, and are responsible for that information and for their household’s use of the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your sign-in information secure and notify us promptly at hello@thefamproject.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

  • Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices and included features are presented at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the payment provider’s portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • If a free trial or promotional price is offered, its terms will be stated at sign-up. Unless otherwise stated, a paid subscription begins automatically when a trial ends.
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
  • We may change subscription prices with advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Family Circles, Invitations, and Referrals

  • Account holders may invite others to join their family circle. You may only invite people you have a genuine relationship with, and you are responsible for content shared within your circle.
  • Where a referral program is offered, referral rewards are subject to the program terms presented in the Service. We may modify or discontinue referral programs at any time, and we may withhold rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, automation, or other abuse.

5. Third-Party Offers, Events, Travel, and Service Professionals

Much of the content on FAM Central comes from third parties — merchant deals and discounts, event listings, travel offers, and local service professionals.

  • We are not the merchant, event organizer, travel provider, or service professional. Those third parties are solely responsible for their offers, listings, availability, pricing, quality, and fulfillment. Redemption of an offer is subject to the merchant’s own terms.
  • Offer and event information is provided by partners and may change or contain inaccuracies; we do not guarantee that any listed offer, price, or event will be available.
  • When you request a connection with a local service professional, your contact information is shared with matched professionals so they can respond (see our Privacy Policy). Professionals on the platform are independent businesses, not our employees or agents; we do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee their work. Any engagement you enter with a professional is solely between you and them.

6. Your Content

  • “Your Content” means anything you post or upload to the Service — family posts, photos, memories, reviews, and other material. You own Your Content.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service (for example, showing your posts to your family circle, or displaying your review on a business page).
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights to Your Content, including the right to share information and images of your family members, and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or any law.
  • Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We may (but are not obligated to) moderate, remove, or decline to display content that violates these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Post content that is harassing, hateful, obscene, deceptive, infringing, or that exploits or endangers minors;
  • Misrepresent your identity, create accounts by automated means, or abuse invitations, referrals, offers, or promotions;
  • Probe, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security, or access data not intended for you;
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service or third-party offers except as expressly permitted.

8. Business Accounts

If you create or operate a business (vendor) account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, your campaigns and offers, and compliance with applicable law. Additional terms presented in the vendor experience may apply to business features.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks (including “FAM Central”) — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use (or, for business accounts, for your internal business use) in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY OFFER, EVENT, OR PROFESSIONAL WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE F.A.M. PROJECT INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY OFFER, EVENT, OR SERVICE PROFESSIONAL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The F.A.M. Project Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, and 9–15) survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek relief in small-claims court where eligible.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
