Before you start
Welcome! Josh Tilley will challenge you to lead your family through humility, service, and purpose. As you watch, think about one meaningful way you can serve your family this week.
The lesson
True abundance isn't measured by what a man owns—it's measured by the impact he has on the people around him. Every husband, father, and leader has been given the opportunity to create a legacy that extends far beyond financial success. While providing for your family is important, your greatest responsibility is to lead them with integrity, wisdom, courage, and love. Children don't need a perfect father or husband; they need one who is present, growing, and committed to becoming the man God created him to be. Abundant leadership begins by living with purpose instead of simply reacting to life's demands. Ask yourself, "What kind of husband, father, and leader do I want my family to remember?" The answer to that question should shape your daily decisions more than your calendar or career. Your family watches how you handle adversity, keep your commitments, treat your spouse, speak to others, manage your emotions, and respond when life doesn't go according to plan. Long before they follow your advice, they'll follow your example. Becoming an abundant man also means leading from service rather than position. The strongest leaders don't ask, "How can my family serve me?" They ask, "How can I serve my family today?" Sometimes leadership looks like providing financially. Other times it looks like listening without distractions, apologizing when you're wrong, praying with your family, encouraging your spouse, playing with your children, or simply being fully present after a long day. Small, consistent acts of love and leadership build trust over time. Abundance also requires continual growth. Read, learn, seek wise counsel, invest in your health, strengthen your faith, and never stop becoming the man your family deserves. As you grow, you give your family permission to grow as well. This week, choose one intentional act of leadership that your family will notice. Plan a meaningful conversation, organize a family activity, write an encouraging note to your spouse, pray with your children, or simply ask each family member how you can better support them. Leadership isn't proven by titles or accomplishments—it's revealed through consistent service, intentional love, and daily sacrifice. The greatest legacy you'll leave won't be found in your bank account or your career achievements. It will be found in the lives you've shaped, the values you've modeled, and the family you've led with strength, humility, and purpose. An abundant life begins by becoming the man your family needs today.
